Yogurt ("we", "us") operates meetyogurt.com. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our meeting notetaker and PR automation service.
What we collect
- Google account profile and calendar events (with your consent)
- Meeting transcripts and notes you create in Yogurt
- GitHub, Slack, and documentation plugin credentials you connect
- Billing information processed by Stripe
How we use it
We use this data to join meetings you authorize, generate summaries and action items, post to Slack, publish docs, and open pull requests. We send content to subprocessors including Recall.ai, Anthropic, Cursor, Stripe, Slack, GitHub, and Outline as needed to provide the service.
Recording consent
Yogurt joins Google Meet calls as a visible participant. You are responsible for obtaining consent from meeting participants where required by law or company policy.
Retention & deletion
Meeting data is stored in our database while your account is active. Contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.
